Order Processing Time
- Standard processing time for all orders is 2–5 business days. During this period, our team verifies your order details, checks product quality, prepares secure packaging, and ensures everything is ready for shipment.
- Our business days run Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will be added to the next business day’s processing queue to ensure accuracy and careful handling.
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays begin processing on the next available business day. This system helps us give every order precise attention and consistent quality.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times vary slightly depending on destination and carrier workload, but typical U.S. delivery takes about 5–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
- Rural areas, carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shopping seasons may extend this timeframe. During especially busy periods—such as holiday sales, Black Friday, Christmas, or nationwide courier congestion—both processing and transit may take longer than usual.
- To avoid any unforeseen delays for important events, we strongly encourage placing seasonal or gift-related orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance.
Additional Processing for Customized or Large Orders
- Customized Items: If your order includes personalization such as custom prints, names, artwork, or unique designs, please allow an additional 1–3 business days. This extra time allows our design and production teams to finalize files, verify accuracy, and ensure your design is exactly as requested.
- Bulk Orders: For bulk or wholesale orders exceeding 50 units, processing may require 7–10 business days, depending on inventory availability and production capacity. Although timelines may vary, we always prioritize quality and efficiency.
- Same-day processing applies only to orders submitted before 7:00 PM EST. Orders placed afterward automatically move to the next business day.
Shipping Carriers and Delivery Methods
- Coursetend works with reliable shipping partners, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (DHL available for select regions).
- Carrier selection is based on the destination, package size, and the fastest, most dependable route available.
- We aim to provide quick, secure delivery by choosing the most appropriate service for your location and order type.
Shipping Fee
- All domestic orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.
- This predictable rate supports consistent packaging quality, secure handling, and dependable delivery times across all orders.
Shipping Restrictions
- At this time, we are unable to ship to:
- Alaska & Hawaii
- U.S. Territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- These limitations are due to carrier restrictions and logistical constraints. We plan to explore additional service options as we continue to grow.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (or SMS if you opted into text alerts).
- Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update within the carrier’s system.
- Tracking may take slightly longer to show movement during peak carrier seasons, but once scanned, it will provide the most accurate, real-time updates available.
Holiday and Peak Season Considerations
- During major holidays—such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and other high-volume shopping periods—processing and transit times may extend due to national courier congestion.
- Even with expedited shipping, carriers may experience delays during these periods.
- To avoid any disruptions, we strongly recommend placing holiday or event-related orders 2–3 weeks in advance.
