After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which will also confirm that full payment has been received.

Since all our products are custom-made based on your specifications, production will only begin after your payment has been confirmed.

To complete your purchase, click the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button on our website. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway, where you can enter your card details or complete the transaction using PayPal. All payments are processed securely through PayPal, and the charge will appear on your statement as a PayPal transaction.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (either PayPal or your credit/debit card).

We do not store or process your credit card information on Coursetend.com servers, and we guarantee that your data will not be shared with third parties.
